Happy Cooking! - Bee Hoon Hwee (Bee Hoon Fried Crab)

Wow, have you all ever tried this before? This is one of my favorite food!

It's called Bee Hoon Hwee in my hometown and very famous with long long queue.

This one is my own made with simple way to cook. As i said cooking can be so simple and easy.

Wanna try this one?

Ingredients are:

Crabs
Bee Hoon
Garlics
Onions
Tomato
Sweet sauce
Soyce sauce
Oyster sauce
Tomato sauce
Dried red chillies
Oil
Salt (optional)

How to do?

1. Blend Onions, Garlics, dried red chillies and tomato with mixer.
2. Put a little oil on the frying pan, fried with blended item no.1
3. Put a bit water and tomato sauce in then fried.
4. Throw in the crabs and fried. pour some water if needed.
5. Throw Bee Hoon in and fried.
6. Pour soyce sauce, sweet sauce and oyster sauce according to preference.
7. Put a little bit of salt if needed.
8. Fried and fried and fried until dry
9. Ready to serve :)

Easy? yeah but this one makes me sweat because keep frying and frying, very hot and the bee hoon so heavy therefore quite an exercise cooking style...

FOREO LUNA MINI 3 REVIEWS | FEATURES | HOW TO USE

After learning from many reviews, i bought one for myself - Foreo luna mini 3.

This is my first time of using Foreo Luna.

It has two sides of function. The front side is to do the facial cleaning job and the other side (back) is designed to function as exfoliator.

Colors

Foreo luna mini 3 has five colors :yellow, blue light, purple light, pink fanta and pink light.

Personally i prefer light color such as light pink & light purple.Bought for myself the purple one as the pink was not available. It sits beautifully on my basin :)

How Foreo luna mini 3 works

It is a vibration. Just press the only button for on/off - at the back as picture shown.

This luna mini 3 has an additional function which a connection to the foreo apps.

We can adjust the setting from the apps for the vibration - how strong we want it to be : maximum 9, and the duration - how long it works : 30 seconds, 60 seconds. 

At first i was bit skeptical how a vibration with the mini silicon brushes will be able to clean my face but it does.

Since then i use it daily whenever washing my face.

Cleaning side (front) 

This front silicon blush is used for normal facial cleaning.

The vibration will end itself after the 30 seconds or 60 seconds according to setting.

Exfoliator side (back)

This is to perform exfoliate. Use it the same way as above. circular motion.

i use this function when needed. not daily.

basically this function is to clear deeper.

Charging Foreo luna mini 3 (first time new buy)

Zero step : download the foreo apps as per instructed on a small piece manual, register the product then set the setting before charge for two hours. Subsequently charging is one hour.

It last quite long. I have been using it twice a day for almost a month since initial charging.

Warranty

This product comes with two years warranty.

My review of Foreo luna mini 3

It cleans deeper than hand washed without dry up the skin especially for oily skin like mine.

Basically it cleans the outer layer/surface on our skin like oil and sebum.

It cannot remove the comedo/ blackhead/ whitehead but as mentioned above because it cleans the outer layer therefore comedo extraction become easier.

It is waterproof so pretty convenience and easy to use without worrying that water will go inside.

The size is just fit well to clean up my face. Overall i am quite satisfied with the product.

EN YAN SANG BAI FENG WAN

Have been hearing from friends and reading some reviews that Eu Yan Sang Bai Feng Wan is good to consume. Last few weeks bought on Singapore Great Sale at Compasspoint sale for $74.00 for 2 packs @6pcs/ pack - can last for a year ( take monthly). It comes with nice packaging and easy to keep with thin and small packaging which quite different with others bai feng wan brand's packaging that i had ever consumed. Hope the quality is also as good as it.

This my first time to consume this famous brand...

Tadaa!! So cute the packaging, filled with lots of small pills as big as the Bao Jian Wan and smells so strong. I like the herbal smell so it's okay for me. I finish it with 3 glurps of warm water -  many many pills.

Previously i consume the other brand also good which was recommended by the shop's auntie. I feel better but not yet reach to the bu that i need. Now trying this Eu Yan Sang hope to see more better result as its reviews and recommended on the label. It will take some time to see the result, if it good then will update further......

Here, the simple way to cook soup of the day - Lotus root soup!

Many people dislike cooking and find it troublesome, so much effort.

For me, cooking can be having fun! :)

There's a simple way to cook soup and effortless. Wanna try?

The ingredients are:

Lotus roots - 1 pc
Golden Mushroom - 1 pack
Scallop/Meat - 4 pcs/ 300gr
Bean - 20 pcs (preference)
Garlic - 4 pcs
Cooking oil

Steps:

1. Boiled water on the pan.
2. Throw the chopped lotus root and bean into pan.
3. Chop the garlic and scallops/meat, fried with little oil then pour into pan as well.
4. Mix well until cooked then put salt at preference.
5. Last throw the golden mushroom in and..
6. Ready to serve...!


Easy right! it serves 4 portions.
